What is the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you didn’t get this email, please check your spam folder or email us at [email protected] and we’ll gladly resend it to you.
My package is lost, What do I do?
We are so sorry that your products have not made it to your doorstep yet. If your tracking status has not been updated within 10 business days, please email us at [email protected].
The tracking says that my package was delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

What is Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments is a buy now, pay later option. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score
How does Shop Pay Installments Work?
Shop and checkout as normal. At checkout, choose the Shop Pay Installments option as your payment method. After clicking "Complete Order," you will be redirected to Shop Pay to complete your purchase securely. Orders placed using Shop Pay Installment
Can I use Shop Pay Installments for subscriptions?
Shop Pay can be used as the payment method for your subscriptions. However, Shop Pay Installments can not be applied towards subscription purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States right now, but we hope to ship internationally soon!
Can I combine multiple discounts at checkout?
We allow one discount code per order, unless otherwise stated. Loyalty tier discounts and sitewide promotions cannot be combined.
Why didn't both of my discounts apply?
To keep things simple and fair, we don’t stack multiple discounts—this helps us offer generous promotions and maintain product quality. You’ll always get the best deal available!
Are there any exclusions to rewards or discounts?
Yes—some limited-time product bundles or exclusive sets may not be eligible for additional discounts or rewards. This will be noted on the product page.
How do I apply my rewards while using Shop Pay?
You can view and apply your rewards points directly in checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Loyalty discounts cannot be stacked with sitewide promotions.
