I'm having trouble with the airless pump, how can I make it work?Updated 4 months ago

All of our Barefaced products with pumps use an airless vacuum system to ensure maximum stability and zero product waste. If you're having trouble dispensing product from the bottle, it's likely because the pump needs to be primed to remove excess air. To prime your airless pump, try these tips:

1) Tap the bottom of the bottle firmly (but not too aggressively) against a hard surface 3-4 times.
2) Place your finger over the opening and pump the product until it comes out. It can take up to a minute, depending on the thickness of the product.
